Special Orders

• Special Orders are shipped direct to you from the manufacturer (unless noted otherwise).
• Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. You will be notified of any delays, shortages or out of stock items prior to your payment being processed as well as when your item is expected to ship.
• Once your payment is processed, the order is confirmed with the manufacturer and can not be cancelled.  
• All Special Order items are Final Sale.
• Rockpretty Baby, rpKids, and 4URPretty cover ALL shipping costs on orders over $75
• Rockpretty Baby, rpKids, and 4URPretty cover ALL international duties (if applicable), customs, brokerage, etc.
• If the purchase cost of your Special Ordered item is below $75, you will be subject to shipping costs as well as customs and brokerage fees.
• You will receive a tracking No. when your shipment is in route.
• Any additonal items purchased through Rockpretty Baby, rpKids & 4URpretty that were regular instock items will ship separately.  If the total value of these items is below $75, an $8 flat fee shipping rate will apply if being shipped within Canada.
• Special Order items are excluded from Holiday Shipping Promotions i.e. FREE SHIPPING DAY
